mentoring

I teach and mentor writers at London Lit Lab, which I co-founded with Lily Dunn, a good friend and novelist with whom I've been sharing thoughts about writing for many years.

In 2017 I was a mentor on the Word Factory Apprenticeship Scheme. Less publicly, I have mentored short story and novel writers to help them complete their book projects. I have also supported non-fiction writers to plan and produce their books, or to prepare their manuscripts for publication. I find working with individuals on their writing projects immensely satisfying!

Through London Lit Lab I teach various courses for beginner and established writers in London, which you can find out about here. Lily and I also design and teach courses for organisations such as Mslexia, the British Library, the Institute for Practitioners in Advertising, St Mungo's, for writers at Google and on the Bath Spa screenwriting MA.

You can find out all about London Lit Lab and get in touch here.
